Direct replacement for discontinued 3M and Forest River KW1 filter systems
If your RV came with a 3M filter system (now out of production) or the proprietary Forest River KW1, this canister is a straightforward replacement. Most of those systems use 1/2″ MPT connections, so in many cases you simply remove the old unit and thread this one in - and it ships with a 0.5-micron F1PB carbon block for chlorine, taste, odor, and cyst reduction.

Filter compatibility

Every canister takes an industry-standard 10″×2.5″ cartridge, so replacement filters are inexpensive and easy to find - and you can run any standard cartridge, including ones compatible with Clearsource, Pentair, and Culligan housings.
