Two-stage filtration + anti-scale protection for hard water
A mid-tier dual-canister system that adds scale protection to everyday filtration. A 1-micron sediment stage plus the RV-PH filter - a 0.5-micron carbon block combined with food-grade phosphate - reduces chlorine, taste, and odor while significantly cutting the scale buildup hard water leaves in your water heater and plumbing.

Filter compatibility
Every canister takes an industry-standard 10″×2.5″ cartridge, so replacement filters are inexpensive and easy to find - and you can run any standard cartridge, including ones compatible with Clearsource, Pentair, and Culligan housings. No proprietary filter lock-in.

Is this a water softener?
No - it is a scale inhibitor. The RV-PH filter reduces scale buildup without adding salt or fully removing hardness. For complete hardness removal, add one of our portable RV water softeners.
What does it protect?
It helps keep scale off your water heater, faucets, and plumbing, while the carbon block improves taste and reduces chlorine.
What replacement filters does it use?
Two RV-SED1 sediment cartridges and one RV-PH anti-scale carbon block - standard 10"x2.5" size (Enhanced System + Anti-Scaling Refill Kit).
